I was not familiar with Home Decor Furniture, my husband wanted to purchase a mattress set and decided to use a store in the community to support small businesses. What we purchased and what we received were of different qualities. When I called to complain to the store they did not understand why I was upset over something that can be fixed, and that things happen. I explained that we paid them hard earned money. For me and my family I will NEVER shop at this store again and will tell friends and family my experience. Hopefully by word of mouth this store will close, since it really isn’t a benefit to the community…especially if it is not delivering the quality of furniture it is presuming to sale.
